Here at Hackett Wine we enjoy the laid back life. Easy going and down to earth is what you'll find here. Whether you're looking for a leisurely, knowledgable wine tasting or a picnic outside to soak up the sun, Hackett Wine is the perfect place to relax for any occasion. Bring some friends or make new friends with a game of Cornhole or outdoor chess, or come to one of our many events such as live jazz on select Sunday afternoons, live Americana music on Saturday nights (May through October), and board games on Sundays. We expect you to "get in here."
local craftWINEThe vines are perched high up on the hillside overlooking the Lehigh Valley where the soil, sun, wind, and rain nurture the shoots and clusters throughout the season. All of the grapes in our wines are grown right here. The wine is made right here. You can taste this place in your glass. This is unmistakably Lehigh Valley wine at its best.

From the beginning we wanted to allow this place to express itself in wine, because this is a special site, uniquely suited to growing grape vines, perfectly evolved to enable the grapes to reveal their flavors and aromas simply and directly. We believe it's all in the grapes. Our winemaking philosophy is about minimalist intervention, allowing nature to transform the juice into wine as it will.
Expect each vintage to be somewhat different from those before it, reflecting the flow of weather over the vineyard, the age of the vines, and the ever changing cast of people, birds, animals, and insects who spend their lives in this magical place. Don't look for sameness here. Instead you will find a story from a unique place in a glass. |

No outside alcohol permitted
Picnics welcome (unless there is a food truck scheduled)
Well-behaved dogs and children are welcome (dogs must be leashed at all times)
For groups of 8 more, please make a reservation
**Here at Hackett, we focus on crafting dry wines. However, we do have
housemade sangrias and mulled wine for those who may prefer a sweeter option.
