REFUNDS/RETURNS
We take pride in our wine and want our customers to be happy. We will replace any bottle of wine purchased directly from Hackett Wine that is corked or flawed. Please return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please send an email to hackett@hackettwine.com to arrange for the return of a corked or flawed product. Once the wine is received, we will send you a current vintage replacement bottle. We are unable to provide replacements of past vintages.
ALCOHOL POLICIES
Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages are allowed on the grounds and at the winery EXCEPT ALCOHOL FROM HACKETT WINE. You may be asked to leave if you violate this rule. Public intoxication is unlawful. Regardless of whether you have a designated driver or are in a limo/bus/shuttle. If a group arrives, and we determine that anyone in that group is intoxicated, that group will be asked to leave. This policy also applies to individuals arriving in private cars. It is against the law to serve or sell alcohol to an intoxicated person. Winery servers cannot serve anyone they suspect is over or near the "legal limit" of alcohol. It is a judgment call and the winery management will support our RAMP trained employees. If you are advised you cannot be served, please do not argue with our staff. Additionally, wineries, by law, can refuse service to the entire group if ONE person is considered "over the limit" of alcohol. We have free bottled water for anyone who needs it. Government issued ID is required for anyone under the age of 30.
